We run the listing, answer the telephone and take the booking. You keep the guest.

• Paid out the next day. The guest pays us, we take our commission, and your share is transferred as soon as the money clears — usually the next morning, not at the end of the month.
• Nothing upfront. No listing fee, no monthly fee. We only earn when you take a booking.
• Your calendar stays yours. Your rates, your cancellation terms, and you confirm every booking before it is held.
